Paul Baker

International Studio Development Advisor, FulwellCain Studios

Paul is currently engaged with FulwellCain Studios on Crown Works Studios Sunderland, a £450M facility that aims to level up the UK creative industries. He has extensive experience in the studios sector, having advised on numerous international developments globally.

His previous experience includes working at Pinewood Studios in the UK, where he launched Pinewood USA in Los Angeles, developing an extensive industry network and managing commercial activities of Pinewood's international portfolio of studios.

From 2012 – 2017 he was Executive Director of twofour54 in the UAE, where he oversaw the film commission and all activities related to film and television production. His efforts to implement a production incentive helped to drive significant inward investment and tourism. He was also the UAE Production Executive on productions from Sony, Universal, Disney and Netflix.
